Case: Intelligent Greenhouse System

Industry background:

With the progress of science and technology, world agriculture is developing towards high yield, high efficiency and high technology. Intelligent control system has great convenience and advantage in agricultural production application. First of all, the intelligent control system is accurate and timely. It achieves scientific and precise control, and can give corresponding feedback and operations based on sensor data, to create the most suitable growth environment for plants. Secondly, the system can be controlled remotely. This can reduce the workload of operators, improve work efficiency, and enable operators to monitor the condition of the entire greenhouse from anywhere.

Client Application:

A famous University in China is carrying out scientific research activities on the greenhouse control project. The customer hopes to use the fanless equipment of EVOC to automatically regulate the environment inside the greenhouse to reach the range suitable for plant growth and provide the best environment for plant growth.

Customer requirement:

1. Greenhouse environment monitoring

Collect information such as air temperature and humidity, soil temperature and humidity, light intensity, and carbon dioxide concentration in the planting environment through greenhouse environment monitoring. Analyze the collected data and implement adjustments or automatic control of on-site production equipment such as temperature control systems and irrigation systems according to changes in parameters to ensure the best growth environment for crops.

2. Video Surveillance

Through the installation of a full range of high-definition cameras in the agricultural production area, real-time video monitoring including the growth of planted crops and the status of diseases and insect pests can be realized to remote online monitoring of the growth of crops without any duty on site. Agricultural experts can obtain remote and online image information of crop diseases and insect pests; quality supervision, inspection and quarantine departments and superior competent departments can effectively supervise and intervene in the production process in a timely manner; and information technology management personnel can acquire, backup, analyze and process field data and image information.

3. Intelligent warning

Sensor data collected by monitoring the environment compared with suitable for crop growth environment data, when the real-time monitored environmental data exceeds the predicted value, the system automatically carries on the warning prompt,including environmental warning and pest warning and provides the corresponding early warning instruction measure at the same time, and push through the phone and the big screen display device.

4. Intelligent control

The control system sets the operating conditions of various equipment in the agricultural production area. When the real-time data collected by the sensor exceeds the set threshold, the system will automatically operate the greenhouse automatic equipment through relay control equipment or analog output module, such as automatic spraying system, automatic ventilation system, etc., to ensure the most suitable environment for plant growth in the greenhouse.

Product description:

The intelligent greenhouse system can set various operating parameters by EVOC M60, and automatically control the target values and equipment of skylights, sunshades, fans, heating equipment, etc. by monitoring the ambient temperature, environmental humidity, illuminance, and carbon dioxide concentration in the greenhouse. It can also automatically control the target values of the air temperature and humidity controller, the illuminance controller and the on/off time of the pump by monitoring the soil moisture, temperature, light intensity and other parameters.

When the ambient temperature and the indoor light are higher than the set value, close the sunshade net.

When the temperature is higher than the upper limit of the set temperature, a set of fans and wet curtain pumps will be circulated to cool down.When the wet curtain fan drops in temperature, the inner curtain will be closed automatically. The skylight is closed to improve the cooling effect. After the cooling, if the temperature is not lower than the lower limit, the inner curtain will be closed automatically.

Periodically unfold the Insulation film at night to keep warm.

Water control: When the crop water drops to the setted humidity limit, sprinkler irrigation system will automatically spray irrigation. When the upper limit is reached, irrigation will automatically stop.

Timing light control: The lights can be turned on or off regularly to fill the crops with light.
