What is the interview process for the recruitment of the 2025 graduating students at Advantech?

(1) After registering your resume on the Advantech official website and submitting it for the position, if your resume passes the screening, HR will contact you for relevant exams and uations:

-R&D positions: You need to take computer-based exams and comprehensive assessments;

-Non R&D positions: You need to take exams (some positions involve), language assessments (some positions involve), and comprehensive assessments.

(2) After passing the exam and assessment, you will receive an interview invitation. The interview process includes two rounds of professional interviews (one round for some positions) and a business supervisor interview. For non R&D positions, a group interview is used instead of one round of professional interviews.

How long will there be an interview notification after submitting the resume?

We will arrange resume screening based on the time of job fairs in various regions. If your resume passes the screening, we will notify you via SMS, phone or email. Please keep your contact information in your resume open.

How to determine the interview location?

(1) Domestic college graduates: The staff will arrange your interview location based on the location of your graduation college (arranged nearby);

(2) Overseas students studying abroad can choose to participate in remote interviews.

Can I still participate in the current year's graduate recruitment after attending the interview or internship at Advantech?

You are welcome to apply for the positions of fresh graduates that interest you as soon as possible.

I missed the call from Advantech and the callback shows as the company switchboard. How should I handle it?
