Officially approved to establish the National Specialized Computer Engineering Technology Center and Engineering Laboratory; EVOC Smart Campus Technology Division was founded.

EVOC Intelligent Holdings successfully transitioned to the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange; EVOC Group established its Server Business Division.

EVOC Group was honored with the of "National Innovative Enterprise"; its "EVOC" trademark was recognized as a "China Well-Known Trademark"; and signed a joint declaration with North Rhine-Westphalia Germany to establish its European headquarters.

Chen Zhilie Chairman of EVOC Group was awarded China's "Economic Person of the Year" and "Innovation of the Year" prizes. The group headquarters officially relocated to EVOC Technology Tower and the Machine Vision Division of EVOC Group was established in the same year.
