SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
During its development, EVOC Group has never forgotten to give back to society and actively fulfills its corporate social responsibilities. For a long time, it has consistently participated in public welfare and charitable activities in various ways: pioneering transfusion-style poverty alleviation, taking the lead in desertification control in Alxa, participating in the "Children's Dream Garden" charity auction, donating to schools for blind children in Tibet, caring for the "Mother Water Cellar" project, donating for earthquake relief, protecting the marine environment, assisting in the construction of Motuo Kindergarten, and supporting Duilonggachong Primary School in Tibet and Liming Migrant School in Beijing, as well as contributing to public welfare undertakings in Yanbian and Ningxia.
Teaching One to Fish Is Better Than Giving One a Fish — Technical Support Drives Regional Development
Since 1999, EVOC Group has carried out technical poverty alleviation for youth in places such as Xinyuan County of Heyuan City in Guangdong Province, Wuzhou in Guangxi, and Lankao County in Henan who failed to attend university due to poverty. Each year, dozens of impoverished students from these areas are recruited to EVOC’s special computer production base for technical training. After receiving professional training and work experience, these young people return to their hometowns to help drive local automation and informatization. Some have even become key members in local information technology research.
United in Strength — Earthquake Relief Efforts
On May 12, 2008, a powerful 8.0-magnitude earthquake struck Wenchuan County, Sichuan Province. In response to the disaster, EVOC Group swiftly launched a relief and rescue plan. Under the organization and initiative of the Group’s Party branch and labor union, the compassion of more than 4,000 EVOC employees quickly came together. Donation boxes at factories, branches, and offices were soon filled with heartfelt contributions. Additionally, EVOC provided targeted support to employees and their families affected by the disaster in the quake zone, delivering care and support to those in need.

Caring for the Mother Water Cellar Project and Enthusiastic Public Welfare
On New Year’s Day 2008, during the large-scale public welfare gala “Warm Spring 2007, Love Gathered in Every Drop” on CCTV, Chen Zhilei initiated a donation to the China Women's Development Foundation's "Mother Water Cellar Project" and stated: “We are a professional technology company, but a professional enterprise should contribute even more to public welfare and supporting vulnerable groups. EVOC is willing to treat the needs of every employee and the public as its own mission — and to do it well!”
