To enrich employees’ leisure time and create a lively atmosphere, fully shows the elegant demeanour of the evoc employees with high spirits. To inspire and encourage employees to progress, innovate and work hard. To let our staff to participate in collective activities and make everybody to be able to relax their mind, enjoy nature, enhance the collective sense of honor and team cohesion after the busy rush work. Our company successfully carried out the mountaineering competition on December 12.

We chose Yangtai Mountain Forest Park, known as "Hero Mountain", to hold this activity. From the foot of the mountain to terminal, the whole green path is 3.7 kilometers, with gentle slope and steep slope, and it takes 40 minutes to walk. There were about 230 participants, 160 of whom participated in the competition. There were 16 participating teams, with 10 members per team. Ranked according to the time of teams speed and obtained the corresponding bonus.

Before the game starts, do a warm-up, neck twisting, butt twisting, knee flexing. After the warm-up, waited for the referee whistle rang, and race started! The big troops run up to the terminal. After a while, our staff at the halfway station sent a message to say, “The top staff please be ready, someone has come up”.

Wow, our partners were full of energy, full of fighting spirit, originally 40 minutes of the journey, only took 17 minutes, and we have the first team sprint line, too fast! With sweat and excitement on their cheeks, they talked and laughed closely with each other, which made the whole climbing process full of warmth and pleasure. The colleagues supported each other, helped each other and encouraged each other, and none of them gave up or relaxed. The leadership of the center is to lead you to climb bravely. Later, other teams arrived off and on at the end, and there were several mothers pushing baby cars to come, cool!

After the statistics of the competition results, we carried out the award! They lost their fatigue and became very enthusiastic when they were awarded. Friendship first, competition second, no matter how much money they get, they were very happy. Some old employees said: "Mountaineering not only exercise the body, but also brought me fun, relaxed body and mind, saw the beautiful scenery of nature and also led the bonus, the mood is really very comfortable. “Cheers and laughter back in the mountain wind, the tension and pressure in the work to the best of the release.

Through this climbing activity, the group not only exercised their body, strengthen their mind, but also mould their temperament. It provided a platform for the exchange and communication among employees, increased the cohesion of employees, cultivated the tacit understanding between each other, promoted the sense of cooperation among them, and exercised the team spirit. With such an atmosphere, we believe that the future of EVOC will be better!
