Precautions for RMA service:
1. RMA (Return Material Authorization) means returning the product for repair. In order to facilitate the manufacturer to provide accurate and fast services, the applicant should carefully and truthfully fill in every item of the RMA Application Form. Incomplete forms may not be accepted or result in processing delays. Especially in the fault description section, it should be as accurate and detailed as possible.
2.Before returning the product for repair, please fill out the "RMA Application Form" and send it as an attachment to the recipient at EVOC. Please also attach this "RMA Application Form" to the packaging box of your product. Products that do not come with an "RMA Application Form" will not be accepted.
3.If the defective product is out of warranty, the applicant shall bear the repair service fees (subject to the quotation provided by EVOC).
4.Please try to use the original EVOC packaging for the defective products, which must be properly packed, sealed, and clearly marked. If the products are damaged due to packaging or logistics, the customer shall bear the responsibility on their own.
5.If product function failed during warranty period, the shipper should bear its freight charges to EVOC. Or, when product either falls into Out-Of-Warranty period or being determined to be excluded from warranty, customer should take full responsibility for the cost induced by both product reconstruction and its round-trip transportation.
Product repair processing lead time:
EVOC promises to repair and send out the repaired products within 12 working days after receiving them. If it cannot be returned by then, the repair center will promptly contact and communicate with the customer. If urgent repairs are required, please contact the repair center to arrange.
