Warranty extension card:
In order to meet your individual needs, we provide different types of extended warranty services.
Extended warranty card: refers to the service card that extends the warranty period outside the standard warranty period of the product, which is divided into: 3-year warranty extended warranty card, 4-year warranty extended warranty card, 5-year warranty extended warranty card. The extended warranty period is calculated from the date of the product leaving the factory, corresponding to 3 years, 4 years and 5 years respectively. Extended warranty card only extends or changes the warranty period of the product.
Purchase Guide:
1. Please confirm that the overall warranty period of your product does not exceed 5 years. Please purchase the extended warranty service before the original warranty period expires.
2. Please confirm that your product is still within the warranty period (product that has expired cannot be directly bound to the service card, the extended warranty can only be bound after the product is inspected and confirmed by EVOC).
How to purchase:
1. Contact the customer service via support@evoc.com or dial +86-755-23421316, or purchase through sales.
2. EVOC provides service sales contracts and quotations based on different extended warranty requirements and product models.
3. Customers pay the extended warranty service fee.
4. Customers activate the service card and bind the product to be extended.
5. The extended warranty service takes effect.
