In terms of data aggregation and empowerment, the Plan proposes to promote the center construction of industrial Internet big data, build comprehensive service ability of industrial Internet big data center, continuously improve data aggregation, analysis and application ability of national center, and promote the construction of regional sub-center and industrial sub-center.
