“The Motivation and Future of EVOC” 2021 Campus Recruitment

The first campus recruitment in 2020 came later than usual.

In the QQ group, the panoramic VR displaying the scenery, the relaxed and interesting promotional videos, and the H5 full of information attracted a large number of students to watch and collect. In colleges and universities, there are eye-catching posters, colorful folding, patiently answer the campus ambassador...... before the recruitment, the staff had a plan and distributed the campus recruitment information to each corresponding colleges step by step, online and offline publicity began at the same time. For students, such various forms of exhibition can also enable them to have a more comprehensive understanding of the situation of the enterprise and reduce the risk of choosing a career. In each school recruitment site, all kinds of elaborate gifts will be prepared and presented to the students who participate in the teach-in to arouse their enthusiasm for participation.

The scene of the lecture was full of seats before it began. Students with the information and resume of application, there were nervous and shy in their eyes, had more confident and glorious. The speaker, confident and humorous, talked about the industry situation, development history of EVOC, staff welfare, recruitment post, requirements, and so on. The students were absorbed and concentrated. At the end of the talk, there was a question-answering session. The students actively seized this rare opportunity to communicate.

Teach-in was just the beginning of campus recruitment, behind the interview process, was more time-consuming and energy work. In the time of day, the interviewers were busy from morning until late at night because of hundreds of candidates of the interview, even the dinner time was strictly controlled in a certain range, in order to let anxious students waiting outside to wait for less time. Of course, the students on site were very understanding and supported, cooperated with the arrangements of the site staff by waiting patiently.

From Hunan to Guangxi, they transferred to various cities and colleges. The campus recruitment trip was in a hurry and urgent, and the campus recruitment had task indicators, so everyone in the team was under great pressure. Although the campus recruitment team was only temporarily established, each team member had his own clear division of responsibilities and goals. They worked with each other and rose to the challenge, pressure and problems.
