1. How to lodge a complaint?
Dear client,
If you are not satisfied by our products or services, you can lodge a complaint with us. If the problem is about the products, you can make the complaint with our sales representatives via email, fax, telephone, etc. If you are not satisfied by our sales representative or technical service personnel, or whatever, you can send an email to support@evoc.com, oversea@evoc.com, or a fax to +86-755-86255909, directed to Complaint Investigation Team.
All the complaints will be investigated by the Complaint Investigation Team before we give you a conclusion. -
2. How to find the S/N?
S/N is an abbreviation for Serial Number. You can find S/Ns on such things as packing boxes, chassis and boards. If you are using a single board computer, the motherboard model will be the same as the product model. See the following picture as an example: The S/N is E8D-HF23-0009-7683, and the product model is EPI-1811V2NAR A1.0; and the model code is: 0030-000490.
The motherboard model is: EPI-1811V2NAR A1.0

3. How to Find Model Number?
Please refer to the picture above: the model number is EPI-1811V2NAR

4. How to Find BIOS Information?
BIOS version: You can find BIOS version information on the startup POST screen. See the following picture as an example: The BIOS version is: L8379009, VER: A2. Do not forget the following version number: L8379009. From this POST screen we can also get to know that the motherboard model is EC9-1711LNA.
