System Introduction
With the rapid development of world economy, the construction of infrastructure and the housing industry are booming, posing increasingly higher quality requirement on the construction projects, for which quality building materials such as cement and concrete are of vital importance. The traditional mixer station is so poorly automated that deviations cannot be avoided during mixing, thus compromising the quality of final products. Thanks to the development of Industrial PC (IPC) technology, IPCs have been widely used in large-scale mixer stations. Fully automated control system ultimately ensures the accurate proportioning of materials and product quality.

System Requirements
1) Capable of weighing each material;
2) Capable of controlling the speed of belt conveyer;
3) Capable of starting and stopping the motor of material proportioning.

System Principles
System includes:

» Data Acquisition Control Device: Relay output board PCI-16P16R
» RS485 Communication Card: One PCL-745B
» Remote Data Acquisition Module: 1 x ARK-24017, 3 x ARK-24080, 3 x ARK-24024
ARK-24017 collects weight analog signals of each belt scale. ARK-24080 obtains speed signals of each belt conveyer. With the help of these two kinds of data, system learns about the feed status of each kind of materials. After analyzing and comparing with the material proportion in the system, ARK-24024 outputs signals to control the speed of belt conveyer for delivering water, stone and cement and so on, in order to control the proportion of each material.
