System Introduction
Many of the industrial cities in the world are discharging a large amount of wastewater everyday, which has severely contaminated the urban surface water. The environmental monitoring centers in the cities are monitoring the quality of urban surface water and the discharge of wastewater. Wastewater monitoring network has gradually been established in many cities, with municipal monitoring stations in the lead role, supported by district stations and industrial stations.
To monitor water quality more effectively, an urban wastewater monitoring network system is established, including wastewater discharge monitoring substation, central monitoring station and management center (the Municipal Environmental Protection Administration). The system can automatically sample industrial wastewater and urban sewage, monitor wastewater flow and major pollutants online, monitor the discharge of industrial wastewater and urban sewage as well as the total discharge of pollutants on a real-time basis, and automatically transmit monitoring data. Then the computer control center of the central monitoring station collects, reduces and analyzes the data. The monitoring information is sent to the Municipal Environmental Protection Administration that supervises and manages the pollution control efforts of enterprises.
System Requirements
1) Can withstand harsh environment on the spot, and be completely industrial grade product.
2) Acquire and analyze the harmful chemical constituents in industrial wastewater and output accurate data.
3) Analyze the obtained data, give alarm and monitor wastewater treatmentBlock facilities, to ensure that wastewater complies with the emission requirements.
4) Send the acquired data to the central control room through Ethernet.
System Structure
1) Monitoring Substation
Build one monitoring substation at each sewage outlet. The monitoring substation contains laboratory, online flowmeter, water quality automatic sampler, online pollutant monitor and computer control system. The monitoring substation computer system performs the acquisition of the output signals of meters, data processing, storage, display, recording, statistics, printing and other functions. It monitors the data of each sewage outlet and transmits data in real time to computer control center through wireless communication system.
2) Central Monitoring Station
Build a central lab, a wireless receiver system and a computer control center in the urban environmental monitoring center. The computer control center receives the information from substations and other monitoring information from pollution sources, and then classifies, filters and analyzes the monitoring information. It performs data statistics, calculation and processing, and automatically generates diversified reports, with the functions of storage, display, recording, printing, statistics and so on. It is networked to the Information Center of the Municipal Environmental Protection Administration.
Set up a projection system with a big screen to display the distribution of heavy pollution sources of the city as well as the monitoring results. Meanwhile, demonstrate environmental status via computer multimedia voice system.
3) Management Center
The management center, consisting of related departments of the Municipal Environmental Protection Administration, is the decision-making center of the system. It analyzes the information obtained from the monitoring center and makes decisions in time, for the purpose of strengthening management.
