EVOC Intelligent Moves to Main Board

Latest news from Hong Kong Stock Exchange: EVOC Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. officially got listed on the main board on July 12, 2010, with the stock code 02308.HK. The old GEM stock (8285.HK ) has been halted.

A core subsidiary of EVOC Hi-tech Holdings Group located in Shenzhen, EVOC Intelligent mainly specializes in R&D and sales of industrial computers and embedded software/hardware. EVOC Intelligent got listed on Growth Enterprise Market of Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2003, and once ranked ninth according to Composite Index. Its domestic market share has remained on top for five years in a row.

With EVOC Intelligent' s increasing performance and improved market share and brand awareness in recent years, the time is ripe for EVOC Intelligent to move to the main board. Toward the end of 2008, an international financial crisis engulfed the entire world, but EVOC Intelligent managed to maintain strong growth momentum. In 2010, EVOC won the title of "Chinese famous brand", and EVOC Intelligent officially filed the application for the shift to the main board from Growth Enterprise Market, which was later approved.
