EVOC Data Acquisition Instrument Certified by National Environment Protection Authority

Recently, data acquisition instrument of EVOC Strategic Marketing Institute passed an important test among the first batch of products. This test is established based on Technical Requirements for Data Acquisition Instruments Used for Online Automatic Monitoring of Pollution Sources, which has been implemented since this October 1. This is also the first time for the highest-level environmental organization in China to give testing reports for data acquisition instruments. In the testing report for EVOC product, X86 architecture of CPU, which is one of the technical edges of EVOC product, is specifically mentioned. This time, Only 5 companies passed the certification of Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Environmental Monitoring Instruments.

According to a report, to standardize product performance, optimize product quality and ensure effective online monitoring of pollution sources, the certification for data acquisition instruments is conducted in an exact and rigorous manner. All the tested products have gone through rigorous testing process in the laboratory, and quality documents of all the products have been submitted for examination and approval. In addition, the Quality Supervision and Inspection Center inspected each of the factories that produce these products, and their quality assurance systems. Conducted in accordance with CCAEPI-GK-305 Requirements on the quality assurance capabilities of the factories for Environmental Product Certification, the three-month inspection covered all the production sites, facilities and activities related to the products to be certified, as well as all the departments and posts involved in the quality assurance.

The testing of the products is conducted following many national standards, including HJ/T477-2009 Technical Requirements for Data Acquisition Instruments Used for Online Automatic Monitoring of Pollution Sources, HJ/T 212-2005 Data Transmission Standards for Online Automatic Monitoring System of Pollution Sources, GB/T17626.3-2006 Radiated RF Electromagnetic Field Immunity Test. Incidentally, for each category, three samples out of at least 30 must be randomly drawn for type test, to make sure only the best products are certified.
